UL EAGLES ACADEMY Work Shop at the UL ARENA - COACHING BY SUPERLEAGUE PLAYERS DATES  23rd  - 25th of August

Last Sunday was a very proud day for Limerick Lions basketball club as our under-14 team coached by Harry Coyne and Mark Sutton won a first All-Ireland title for the club. The All-Ireland tournament took place last week-end in Neptune Stadium Cork with regional league winners from all over the country coming together to battle it out for national titles. Limerick Lions basketball club held a thoroughly enjoyable club awards day at St Clements college gym on Sunday last. Shooting competitions for all ages was followed by awards ceremonies for North Munster and Kerry League honours and club player of the year awards. The club awards were generously sponsored by “Dave Barry Cleaning Services” and “J&G Cosgrave Transport” and UL Eagles star Stephen King was on hand to present the awards. Read More...

The Players, Coaches and Committee of Limerick Lions are deeply saddened by the news of the sudden death of  Stuart 'Juice' Robbins.

Stuart was an outstanding player in the National Super league this year, and still found the time to visit our U10 Blitz and present the awards, for which we are truly grateful. Our thoughts are with his family and friends at this time. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam - May He Rest in Peace.
