Limerick Lions travel up to Belfast for a crunch Nivea for Men Super League game against UUJ at the Jordanstown complex at 7pm on Saturday 16th Feb.
UUJ are new to the Superleague this season but have been putting better and better performances together lately including a great win against Tralee Tigers down in Tralee.
Limerick realise they are up against it and it will take a fully committed 44 minutes to be in with a chance of getting a result in Belfast.
Lions coach Matt Hall says "UUJ will be a very difficult game for us.
The season has been difficult all the way and we are going out in every game to improve our performances. We have won 2 of our last 3 games, both close games where the lads have performed well coming down the stretch.
I was very pleased with our Irish players in the last few games as they are competing for boards at both ends, and hitting some big shots.
On Saturday we will need a massive team performance to stay with UUJ, and if we can do that, and be there or thereabouts in the last 2 minutes, then we stand a chance of getting a win. Anything less and we have no chance, so all week at training I will be chasing the lads for a committed team performance up in Belfast".
