On Sunday May 22nd 2022, ten teams travelled to Laurel Hill & St. Clements gym to take part in<\/div>
an U12 tournament hosted by Limerick Lions. The games were exciting, the atmosphere was<\/div>
electric and the talent on show was incredible!<\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
Limerick Lions had entered two teams, Limerick Lions White and Limerick Lions Blue and both<\/div>
teams show great potential for the future. The Limerick Lions Blue team met the tournament<\/div>
winners in one of the pool games and were narrowly defeated by 7 points.<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We had teams from Nenagh Warriors, Glen Cruisers, Clare Cascaders, Springfield,<\/div>
Dromcollogher, Ballybunion Wildcats, Titans, Galway and St. Annes Flyers, Farranfore, Co.<\/div>
Kerry.<\/span>

<\/span><\/div>
The boys represented themselves and their clubs very well on the day and each of the<\/span><\/div>
team\u2019s coaches & managers should be so proud of these young lads.<\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
Ballybunion Wildcats and St. Anne\u2019s Flyers made it to the final and there was some great<\/div>
basketball on show during the final. St. Anne\u2019s took the winning spot with Sean Og Griffin<\/div>
securing a very well deserved MVP.<\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
Well done to all the players, coaches, team managers and thanks to the parents, referees and<\/div>
volunteers for making the tournament such a success.<\/div>
